Adguard offers several feedback submission options.

Report on a web page with unblocked ads

If you've encountered a web page with some ads that Adguard failed to remove, you can send the URL of this page to us by doing the following:

  1. Open the Adguard window and go to the Protection section.
  2. Select the Report an ad subsection in the lower part of the window.
  3. Type in or copy and paste the full address of the web page and click Send.

It is important that you send us the address of the page where you found the ads and not the address of the page they redirect to.

We regularly look through ad reports and update our standard ad filter.

Report a phishing site

If you came across a site that can be classified as a phishing site and that wasn't blocked by the Browsing Security module, you can send its address to us. Once checked and verified, it will be added to the black list. To send us the address of a phishing site, do the following:

  1. Open the Adguard window and go to the Protection section.
  2. Select the Report phishing subsection in the lower part of the window.
  3. Type in or copy and paste the full address of the web page and click Send.

Contacting out technical support

You can contact our technical support service directly from the program window. Do the following:

  1. Open the Adguard window and go to the Support section.
  2. Fill out the neccessary fields on the message form.
  3. Click the Send message button.
