Problems with HTTPS filtering

"HTTPS filtering error" notifications
To be able to filter HTTPS traffic, AdGuard installs a special certificate to so-called user storage on your device. This certificate allows it to view encrypted traffic. However, Android OS allows apps to choose to distrust certificates from the user storage, and some apps do exactly that. When you open such apps, AdGuard will notify you about it. You can add these apps to exclusions, but that may lead to ads appearing in them.
If your device is rooted, you can move AdGuard certificate to system storage instead. This process is not easy and requires Magisk, but as a result you will stop getting these notifications. Contact support@adguard.com if you need any assistance.
"Your data may be available to third parties" notification
After you enable HTTPS filtering, your device will start displaying a notification: "Your data may be available to third parties". It's being displayed by the system itself. Some device models, such as Samsung or Sony, provide an option to tap the notification and select "Trust this connection". It will get rid of the notification.
