I want to activate AdGuard on a new device or I have reinstalled my OS

You can do it via your personal account

Go to your Personal account, open "My licenses" tab and find the license you're interested in. There will be a list of all devices that this license is being used on. Reset it from the old device (or your current device in case of the reinstalled OS) by clicking on the little cross icon beside the device name. Now you again are able to use your license key to activate AdGuard on the new device/new OS.
