サブスクリプションを解約・停止する方法

サブスクリプションは、AdGuardアカウントでキャンセルすることができます。 その方法以下の通りです:

1. Go to your AdGuard account.

2. Select Licenses.

3. Click Cancel subscription below the subscription you no longer need.

   ※解約されたサブスクリプションは、有効期限まで有効のままで、有効期間が終了するまでご利用いただけます。

※App Storeで購入したサブスクリプションは、App StoreのアカウントまたはiOS端末の設定で解約する必要があります。

返金を受ける方法

当社の販売条件に基づき、お客様が https://adguard.com で購入したAdGuardライセンスキーの全額返金を受けることができます。 To get a refund, contact our support team at support@adguard.com and specify the payment option you've used.

以下のような場合、返金をお断りすることがありますのでご了承ください:

• A license was purchased more than 60 days ago
• A license was purchased from a distributor
• A license was purchased from the App Store
• You applied for a partial refund for a license key upgrade or renewal
