What's new, AdGuard
It’s been less than 2 months since the beginning of the year, and we had a lot going on here in Adguard. These couple of months were very productive – we managed to release updates for all our products. In this post we gathered all recent releases that you might have missed.

Google Removes AdGuard App From Google Play
Today, on November 25, 2014, happened something we feared and wished to avoid. Google removed our app from the Play Store for so-called violation of the terms of “Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement”.
Introducing new AdGuard Installer
From now on, our new users can get a personal web account for Adguard right from the installer. Not only it allows you to control licenses and computers, it also provides an easy way to get information on our seasonal discounts and promotions. And as always we are glad to hear any feedback from you.
Installatie
U kunt AdGuard voor Android alleen handmatig installeren. Google verbiedt distributie van ad-blockers op netwerkniveau via Google Play, d.w.z. apps die commercials in andere apps blokkeren. U vindt meer informatie over het restrictieve beleid van Google in onze blog.
Om de app op uw mobiele apparaat te gebruiken, moet u het volgende doen.
Geef eerst toestemming om apps van onbekende bronnen te installeren in de besturingssysteem instellingen van je apparaat. Hiervoor moet je:
Voor Android 8 of hoger: klik op het gedownload AdGuard APK bestand en dan op Installeren. Als de installatie vanuit je browser niet is toegelaten, zal je scherm zien dat je hierover informeert. Klik daar op Instellingen→ Toestaan van deze bron → Terug → Installeren.
Instructies voor oude Android versies
For Android 7: geef de webbrowser toegang tot het bestand. Ga akkoord met het downloaden van het APK-bestand. Open het gedownload bestand en installeer AdGuard.
Voor Android 6: open Instellingen en selecteer Aanvullende instellingen in Systeem en apparaat. Schakel Onbekende bronnen in en druk op OK in het systeemwaarschuwingsvenster.
(Hou er rekening mee dat het pad naar deze instellingen kan verschillen, afhankelijk van het apparaat).
Voor Android 5: open Instellingen en selecteer Beveiliging in het gedeelte Persoonlijk. Schakel Onbekende bronnen in en druk op OK in het systeemwaarschuwingsvenster.
U kunt de app nu op uw apparaat installeren. U ziet het verzoek om het gedownloade bestand op te slaan. Druk op OK**.
Wanneer het downloaden is voltooid, wordt u gevraagd of u de AdGuard-app wilt installeren. Druk op Installeren .
Wacht tot de installatie is voltooid en druk op Gereed .
AdGuard is nu op uw apparaat geïnstalleerd. U kunt de app starten door op het pictogram in de lijst met geïnstalleerde apps te drukken.
