AdGuard Browser Extension v2.10

Hello! Long time no see! Soon it will be time to bid farewell to Summer, which is always a little sad. And while new AdGuard release won't be able to extend it, maybe it will make your day a little better. Let's have a look at the new AdGuard Browser extension.

AdGuard for Mac / AG Browser Extension double release

Today we want to try something different — combine two release announcements in one blog post. Main reason is, both new Mac and extension updates, while being important, are rather technical and do not provide a lot of topics to talk about without descending into using lots of developer lingo. Let's have a quick look at AdGuard for Mac v1.5.6 and AG Browser Extension v2.9.2.

AdGuard Browser extension v2.8 release

We are slowly getting back into the usual release rythm, and the honor of being the first AdGuard release of the year 2018 goes to Browser extension! The last bugfixes have been implemented and the new version has been uploaded to the stores.

Note: Safari store is traditionally on the slow side in terms of reviewing and approving extension updates, so it will take some time for the new version to get there. Other browsers' users can already download the fresh version.

AdGuard Browser Extension v2.6.7

Adguard browser extensions are especially popular among users — they are being used both in integration mode with Adguard desktop apps and as a standalone solution. Today we are happy to announce the release of a new version of Adguard Browser extension!

AdGuard's view on the Open Source
In this post we will try to state our, so to say, policy on open-source. We believe that if an app is **free** (and is in charge of user’s privacy), such project needs to be transparent = this app shall be open-source.
