Extra money charged from my credit card

Did you notice an unscheduled write-off? For example, you are charged every month, though the subscription is annual, or the money is debited in less than a month after the purchase. This can happen if you have purchased two subscriptions: first via the App Store or Google Play and then via the AdGuard website. In this case, the subscription purchased through the website is frozen until you cancel the auto-renewal of the store-purchased subscription. When the canceled subscription expires, the other one will activate automatically.
If this is not your situation, contact us at support@adguard.com from the email address to which your subscription is bound, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
