AdGuard v2.14 for Mac: enhanced ECH support and improved DNS-over-HTTPS requests filtering

Enhanced Encrypted ClientHello support
First off, we’ve fine-tuned the Encrypted ClientHello support. Even though it’s been a year since implementation, we are still striving to perfect this feature, which remains in the experimental phase. This time, our team has pinpointed a few issues that were preventing ECH from being smoothly activated by default. With this release, we’ve addressed them and set the stage for improved performance.

Improved DNS-over-HTTPS requests filtering
The updated CoreLibs now provide the ability to filter DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) requests on the fly. This means that, by default, AdGuard will not redirect DoH queries to the DNS server specified in its settings. Instead, queries will be sent to the server chosen in the browser.
The old behavior may be restored by turning off
network.dns.filter.secure.request.transparently.enabledin the advanced settings.
