Try doing the following:
Open App management (middle icon in the bottom row) and locate the app in the list. Make sure both Route traffic through AdGuard and Filter traffic are enabled.
Enable DNS protection. Go to the Protection screen (second icon from the left in the bottom row) → DNS protection. Make sure both DNS protection and DNS filters are on.
Note: Sometimes AdGuard doesn’t block ads inside specific apps like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. It happens because those apps bar HTTPS filtering, preventing AdGuard from working correctly. We advise to use the web versions of those apps, and use AdGuard’s built-in player for YouTube.
