How to collect logs in AdGuard Mini for Mac

To analyze and diagnose various problems that may occur with AdGuard Mini for Mac, the AdGuard support service may need its log files. Cómo recopilar registros​

  1. Open AdGuard Mini.
  2. Go to Settings, scroll down, and click Export logs.
  3. Elige una ubicación para guardar el archivo .zip y haz clic en Guardar.

Now you can send this file to support@adguard.com or attach it to your bug report on GitHub.

How to attach your log to a bug report on GitHub​

  1. Go to the AdGuard Mini for Mac GitHub repo and click New issue.
  2. Send the log file to devteam@adguard.com. Incluye la hora del error y adjunta un enlace a tu issue o su número (aparece como #número junto al título). Alternatively, you can upload the log file to Google Drive and send it to devteam@adguard.com. Agrega el enlace del archivo a tu problema de GitHub.
