How to collect logs in AdGuard Mini for Mac

To analyze and diagnose various problems that may occur with AdGuard Mini for Mac, the AdGuard support service may need its log files. このようなログファイルには、エラーやその他のソフトウェア・イベントの記録が含まれます。 以下は、ログを収集し、必要に応じてAdGuardサポートに送信する方法についての簡単な説明です。

ログを収集する方法​

  1. Open AdGuard Mini.
  2. Go to Settings, scroll down, and click Export logs.
  3. .zipファイルを保存する場所を指定し、「保存」をクリックします。

Now you can send this file to support@adguard.com or attach it to your bug report on GitHub.

How to attach your log to a bug report on GitHub​

  1. Go to the AdGuard Mini for Mac GitHub repo and click New issue.
  2. Send the log file to devteam@adguard.com. Include the time of the bug and attach a link to your issue or its number (it appears as #number next to the title). Alternatively, you can upload the log file to Google Drive and send it to devteam@adguard.com. GitHub のissueにもファイルへのリンクを追加してください。
