Le filtrage ne fonctionne pas et les publicités ne sont pas bloquées

In some cases, filtering may not work and ads may still be displayed even though AdGuard Mini for Mac and the proper filters are enabled. Cela se produit généralement si quelque chose ne va pas avec les mises à jour des filtres à cause de bogues dans Safari.

Comment procéder​

  1. Ouvrez Safari.
  2. Cliquez sur Safari dans le menu du coin supérieur gauche.
  3. Cliquez sur Paramètres… → Extensions.
  4. Clear the checkboxes for AdGuard Mini’s extensions: Custom, General, Other, Privacy, Security, Social, and AdGuard for Safari. Unchecked extensions
  5. Redémarrez Safari.
  6. Return to Safari → Settings... → Extensions and re-enable the AdGuard extensions.
  7. Open AdGuard Mini’s menu.
  8. Click Check for updates: Update button *mobile
  9. Do not close the AdGuard Mini window until the filters are updated.

If you only have problems with a specific page or website, you can report it directly from the browser: click the AdGuard Mini icon next to the Safari search bar and then click Report an issue.
