What are the license options?

Personal license is basically an AdGuard key for 3 devices.

Family license covers 9 devices.

You can also choose the duration period of your license: Yearly (subscription billed annually) or Lifetime (1-time payment).

AdGuard license keys are universal and work on any device (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS).

I have purchased AdGuard license. What’s next?

The AdGuard license key has been sent to the e-mail address provided by you during the purchase. The next step is to use the key to activate AdGuard on your device from the "License" section of the app. In our Knowledge base, you'll find detailed instructions on how to do this.

Can I transfer license keys between devices?

Sure! To use the key on a new device, you need to reset it for the current one in your personal account first. After that just activate the app on a new device with the same key. Here are the instructions, just in case.

How to switch to Family license and protect more devices?

If you need to protect more than 3 devices, you can switch to Family license.

Or you can go directly to our Upgrade/Renew page and manually enter your license key there. Then choose desired license parameters and follow the on-screen instructions.

Alternatively, you can just purchase another Personal license, whatever works best for you.

I have lost my AdGuard key. What should I do?

My AdGuard key is about to expire, how can I renew it?

We have subscriptions that are automatically billed annually. However, if you have cancelled the auto renewal of the license, and now wish to renew it manually, then you can do it right from the app. Go to the “License” section and click on “Renew”. The second option is to do it on the website via the renew page.

How can I get a Premium for iPhone or iPad?

There are two options to activate Premium features on AdGuard for iOS app:

Purchase a subscription. Just tap on the “Get Premium” plaque anywhere in the app and follow the on-screen instructions. All you'll need to do is enter your Apple ID password and confirm the purchase. You can choose between a monthly, yearly and lifetime subscriptions.

Use an AdGuard license. Log into your AdGuard personal account via the app: go to Settings > About > License screen and tap on the Login button there. You'll be asked to enter your AdGuard Personal account credentials. After you do, if you have any valid license key in your account, it will be automatically picked up to activate Premium in your AdGuard for iOS app.

As an alternative, you can enter any valid license key in the e-mail field directly to activate Premium features.

How to manage or cancel AdGuard subscription?

The subscription can be canceled in your AdGuard account. To cancel your subscription:

Go to your AdGuard account

Go to Licenses tab

Click Cancel subscription below the subscription you no longer need

The canceled subscription will be valid until its expiry date.
