No, you can decline both options during setup or turn them off later in the settings.

Usage data shows us which features people find most useful, and crash reports help us find and fix errors faster. All of this data is completely anonymous, but it really helps us make the app better. Still, it’s entirely up to you: the app protects you just as well without them.
