Why do I still see ads with DNS protection on?
DNS protection works with domains, so it can’t catch every ad or clean up individual page elements.
Some ads are served from the same domains as the content itself: blocking those domains would break the website, app, or video along with the ad. And since DNS protection can’t change the page layout, empty spaces may remain where ads used to be.
For more precise filtering on websites, use browser protection in Samsung Browser or Yandex Browser.
And if you want advanced filtering in other browsers and apps, try AdGuard for Android, our full-featured app.
