Some websites are displayed incorrectly
The problem is usually caused by browser filtering (a filter or User rule blocking something the website needs) or by DNS protection blocking a domain the website relies on.
Check browser filtering:
Go to Protection → Browser protection → Filters.
Temporarily disable your filters and reload the website.
If the website works now, re-enable the filters one at a time, reloading the page after each one, until you find the problematic filter.
If filters aren’t the cause, open User rules and disable the rules that apply to this website. If the page works now, re-enable them one by one to find the problematic rule.
Check DNS protection:
Switch to another DNS server and reload the website.
If that doesn’t help, temporarily turn off DNS protection and check whether the website is displayed correctly.
If you use DNS filters or custom DNS rules, disable them temporarily and check again.
If an AdGuard filter is causing the problem, or the website still isn’t displayed correctly, go to Settings → Support → Report incorrect blocking, and we’ll look into it.
