Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of such ads is from within the app that shows it. Tap and hold the notification — this way, you’ll find out which app sent the notification. Open that app and try to locate the setting that disables displaying notification ads. Keep in mind that, depending on the app, this setting can be hidden quite deep or not be present at all.
