AdGuard blocks network access
Try doing the following:
If you have DNS filtering enabled, switch to a different server and/or encryption type in Menu → Settings → DNS Filtering.
If the previous advice didn't help, try disabling DNS protection completely.
Go to Menu → Settings → Advanced → Low-level settings. Disable "pref.vpn.disable.pause" and "pref.vpn.disable.reconfigure".
