In Firefox (or Firefox-based browser)
Most certificate-related problems in Firefox can be solved by installing (or reinstalling) the user certificate. To do so, go to the Settings tab (right-most icon in the bottom row) → Filtering → Network → HTTPS filtering → Security certificates. If anything is wrong, you should see a notification there.
You can delete user certificate by tapping the three-dots menu in the top right corner and selecting Delete certificate. Then reinstall the certificate by tapping the three-dots menu again and selecting Instructions for Firefox.
You can also open the instructions in our Knowledge base.
