The app crashes or doesn’t start
Try the following steps:
Restart your computer.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of AdGuard for Mac.
Click AdGuard icon → Gear icon in the top-right corner → About AdGuard.
Reinstall AdGuard for Mac:
If the issue persists, please contact our support team at support@adguard.com and include the app logs:
Click the AdGuard icon, then click the gear icon at the top-right corner, and go to Advanced → Logging → Export Logs and System Info…
