On a specific website
Make sure the following recommended filters are enabled:
AdGuard Base filter
AdGuard Tracking Protection filter
AdGuard Social media filter
AdGuard Cookie Notices filter
AdGuard Popups filter
AdGuard Mobile App Banners filter
AdGuard Widgets filter
AdGuard Other Annoyances filter
If AdGuard protection and recommended filters are enabled and you still see ads, try the following steps one by one:
Check for filter updates by clicking the circular arrows icon in the top right corner of AdGuard’s main screen.
Go to Settings → Ad Blocker and make sure that language-specific filters for your language are enabled. If needed, add them by clicking Add a filter.
Go to Settings → Extensions and enable AdGuard Extra.
If ads still appear, try blocking them manually using AdGuard Browser Assistant. Find the green shield icon next to your browser’s address bar, click it to open the pop-up window, and choose Block ads on this site to manually block the ad. Then report the missed ad by clicking Report a problem while on the problematic website.
