In Safari
Go to your device settings → Safari → Extensions and make sure that all 7 AdGuard extensions are enabled. They are intertwined and need each other to work properly.
Go to the AdGuard app and make sure that Safari protection is enabled. This will also be displayed on the main screen.
Tap Update filters in the top right corner of AdGuard’s main screen.
Check to see if your problem has been resolved. If not, go to the next step.
Check your enabled filters. To do this, go to Protection → Safari protection → Filters. Our recommended list, which should cover most ads, is as follows:
Ad blocking → AdGuard Base filter and AdGuard Mobile Ads filter
Privacy → AdGuard Tracking Protection filter
Language-specific → Filters for the languages of websites you view on the Web
If you don’t want to see cookies, third-party widgets, or Like buttons, you can also enable the following filters:
Annoyances → AdGuard Annoyances filter
Social widgets → AdGuard Social Media filter
If this doesn’t help, please let us know: Settings → Support → Report incorrect blocking.
