I can’t find the activation code in my account
If you can’t find your activation code in your AdGuard account, try the following:
Make sure you are logged in to your AdGuard account with the same email address you used to purchase your AdGuard license.
If you still can’t find it, please contact our support team at support@adguard.com. We will help you find and recover your activation code. Please include the website, date, and email address associated with the purchase. Attach your order ID or receipt if available.
