AdGuard v7.14 for Windows: new tray icons and fixes under the hood

In this release, we've given the tray icons a fresh new look.

Tray icons

In addition to design changes, we have updated the WFP and TDI drivers to make our app more compatible with others. This change might be helpful for those who have encountered issues caused by using a WFP driver.

We have also updated the CoreLibs and fixed a number of bugs. Previously, when using AdGuard VPN in Selective mode with Ad Blocker and system DNS enabled, the CPU usage was high. Now with such settings, the CPU does not get overloaded.
